With the recent releases of Duncan’s H.D. Book, the first volume of his Collected Poems & Plays and Lisa Jarnot’s excellent Robert Duncan: The Ambassador From Venus, A Biography, we wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate Duncan’s 94th birthday (b. January 7, 1919). Special guests who will read their favorite Duncan poems will be: Lisa Jarnot, David Levi Strauss, Kimberly Lyons, Mary Margaret Sloan, Anne Waldman, Tom Savage, & Pierre Joris.
