Granada Poesia III
Here quickly 2 photos — Flor de Caña rum, made very excellently in Nicaragua, in hand — from the early days of the festival. Great pleasure to see Ernesto Cardinal again after many years. Last night he read his oration on the death of Marilyn Monroe — superb poem all these years later still. Early highlights also included the readings by Sujata Bhatt & C.D. Wright. Yesterday morning we went up the volcano — Mombacho — extraordinary flora, fauna & sights. Eventually Nicole will post more photos of that expedition.
