Born in Tunis, Yamen Manai lives in Paris. His debut novel, <\/em>La Marche de l\u2019incertitude (Elyzad poche, 2010), was awarded the Comar d\u2019Or Prize in Tunisia, and The Lyc\u00e9ens Coup de C\u0153ur de Coup de Soleil Prize in France. <\/em>La S\u00e9r\u00e9nade d\u2019Ibrahim Santos(Elyzad, 2011) was a finalist for the Cinq continents de la Francophonie Award, and won the Biblioblog Prize, and the Alain-Fournier Prize. <\/em>L\u2019Amas ardent is his third novel.<\/em><\/p>\n

Born in 1946 in Strasbourg, France, raised in Luxembourg, Pierre Joris<\/a> has moved between the US, Europe & North Africa for 50 years, publishing close to 50 books of poetry, essays, anthologies, plays and translations. In 1992 he returned to New York, first the state, where he taught poetry & poetics at SUNY-Albany until 2012, but also, since 2008, the city \u2014 happily humming Bob Dylan\u2019s \u201cI\u2019m going back to New York City, I believe I\u2019ve had enough\u2026\u201d. When not on the road, he lives in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn \u2014 baptized Sorrentinostan by him \u2014 with his wife, painter, singer & multimedia performance artist Nicole Peyrafitte.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
